Stop doing it by hand

Stop copy-pasting orders, data and messages

We automate the repetitive work and connect the tools you already use: forms, spreadsheets, your store, your CRM and your email. If something isn’t worth automating, we’ll say so.

One order, end to end

An order comes in. Nobody retypes it.

An order from your website lands in your spreadsheet, a receipt is generated, stock goes down and you get an alert. Every step you do by hand today can happen on its own.

What we automate

Orders, spreadsheets, alerts and CRM.

  • Orders and payments

Every order gets logged, the payment gets confirmed and whoever packs it gets a heads-up.

  • Connected spreadsheets

Data from forms, sales or orders lands in your sheet on its own.

  • Alerts that matter

Your team gets an email or chat alert when something important happens.

  • Scheduled reports

A weekly or monthly summary with the numbers you actually use to make decisions.

  • CRM

Every contact with their history: where they came from, what they asked and what they bought. We set one up or connect the one you have.

  • Integrations

We connect your tools through their official connections: store, payment gateway, spreadsheets, email, CRM and messaging.

These are kinds of work, not client case studies. Every automation is designed with you.

Who it’s for

For businesses that grew by hand.

  • You track orders in a spreadsheet and copy them from one place to another.
  • You put reports together by hand every week or every month.
  • You sell on several channels and nobody knows for sure what came in where.
  • Customer follow-ups depend on someone remembering.

How we approach it

Understand first. Automate second.

  1. We map the task.

What you do today, with which tools, how often and how long it takes.

  2. We check it’s worth it.

We tell you whether the time saved pays off and what depends on third parties.

  3. We build it with you.

With sample data first, then with your real operation, and you review it along the way.

  4. We leave it running.

Every step is logged, and if one fails, it flags it so it can be fixed before a customer notices.

Tools

Your tools, or whatever’s cheapest to maintain.

Sometimes it’s enough to connect two tools you already have; sometimes a bit of custom code is the better call. We pick whatever gets the job done with the least upkeep, and explain why.

  • Google Sheets
  • Excel
  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar
  • Your website forms
  • WhatsApp links
  • HubSpot and other CRMs
  • Payment notifications
  • PDF receipts

These are examples of common tools that can be connected. Each name is a trademark of its owner.

Good to know

Upfront, from day one.

  • Official connections only. We only connect tools that officially allow it. If one doesn’t, we find another way or tell you.

  • Invoices come from your invoicing system. We connect to it if the system allows. The receipts we generate don’t replace a legally valid invoice.

  • Some services charge per use. Certain message or email sends, for example. We’ll explain before we build.

FAQ

What people ask us about automation.

Which tools can you connect?

Any with an official API: spreadsheets, forms, online stores, payment gateways, email and CRMs, among others. If yours doesn’t have one, we’ll tell you during your free consultation.

What if it isn’t worth automating?

We’ll tell you. If a task rarely comes up or changes every week, it’s sometimes better to keep it manual or simplify it first. You’ll know before you pay.

What if something breaks?

Every automation logs what it does and flags any step that fails, so problems can be fixed before a customer notices. If your proposal covers it, we keep an eye on it for you.

Can you generate invoices?

Not official tax invoices. Those come from your invoicing system, and we can connect to it if the system allows. What we do generate are receipts (not tax invoices) and order notes.

Can you help with a CRM?

Yes. We’ll set up a simple one or connect the one you use, so every contact has a history and nothing falls through the cracks.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of steps and tools. There’s usually a one-time build fee and, separately, the hosting, maintenance and support we define in your proposal, even if the automation uses tools you already pay for. We’ll put it in writing after the consultation, and getting a quote for your automation is free.

What task do you repeat every single day?

Tell us about it. We’ll tell you if it can be automated, how, and whether the time saved is worth the cost.
