Know your numbers

What sells, how much and where, all on one dashboard

We pull together the data now scattered across spreadsheets, your store and your chat channels, and turn it into a clear sales dashboard that updates itself.

What you can see

What your sales dashboard shows.

The questions you answer today by adding things up by hand, answered on one screen.

  • How much did I sell?

By day, week or month, against the previous period.

  • Where do people buy?

Instagram, WhatsApp, your website or your store.

  • What’s selling, and what isn’t?

Products and categories, with units and revenue.

  • Who owes me?

    Deposits, pending payments and deliveries.

  • How’s each channel doing?

Sales or conversations by channel or by salesperson, if that helps.

  • What’s left over?

Costs, margins and partner splits, when your data allows.

Where the numbers come from

Built on the data you already have.

You don’t have to change how you work to get started. If you still keep track on paper, we start with a simple form on your phone.

  • Spreadsheets
  • Your online store
  • Your sales system
  • Your message inbox
  • A database
  • A form on your phone

Who it’s for

For anyone who makes decisions with a spreadsheet open.

  • You sell on Instagram, WhatsApp, your website or in a store, and add it all up by hand to see how you’re doing.
  • You have partners and want everyone looking at the same numbers, not different versions of the sheet.
  • The monthly report takes hours and shows up too late to act on.
  • You want to know which products to push and which to stop restocking.

A real example

The Twins Subli store comes with its own admin panel.

Beyond the catalog, the new Twins Subli store includes an admin panel to log sales and see the month’s summary.

How we do it

A few numbers, done right.

  1. We pick the numbers.

The five or six you actually use to make decisions. Everything else goes.

  2. We connect the sources.

And clean the data so the numbers add up.

  3. We design the dashboard.

Readable on a phone, with filters nobody needs a manual for.

  4. We leave it running.

It updates on its own, and if a source stops sending data, the dashboard shows it.

A dashboard is only as good as its data. If a source is incomplete, we show it instead of hiding it.

FAQ

What people ask us about dashboards.

Where does the data come from?

Wherever it lives now: spreadsheets, your online store, your sales system or your message inbox. If something is tracked by hand, we move it to a form.

How often does it update?

It depends on the source: some allow updates every few minutes, others once a day. We’ll tell you before we start.

Can I check it on my phone?

Yes. We design it for the small screen first, with big numbers and filters you can use with your thumb.

Who can see it?

Only people you authorize, each with their own login. We set that up with you in the proposal.

Is my data safe?

It’s encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is per person, and we only ask for the permissions needed to read your sources.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many sources and views it needs. We’ll put it in writing after the consultation, and getting a quote for your dashboard is free.

What number would you like to see every morning?

Tell us what you track today and how. We’ll propose a dashboard with only what you’ll actually use.
