Launch your product

Build your app with a team that runs its own

Web and mobile apps, and minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate an idea with real users. We know what it takes because we do it ourselves: we set up and run our own app every day.

What we build

MVPs, web apps, mobile apps and custom software.

We start with what your product needs today and leave room for what it’ll need next.

  • MVP

The smallest version that already solves the problem for your first users. You learn from real people before investing in everything else.

  • Web apps and custom software

Dashboards, customer portals, internal tools and platforms with users, payments and permissions.

  • Mobile apps

An app people install from the browser (PWA) or an app for the stores, depending on what your product needs. We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job.

  • Product operations

Servers, backups, monitoring and updates after launch, so your app keeps running.

Our own app

How the Axynology app is built.

The Axynology app brings together our inbox, the Instagram comment bot and the product catalog. We set it up on our own server and run it every day.

  • Connected to Instagram through Meta’s official channels, following its rules, like replying within 24 hours.
  • Every change goes through automated checks and a security review before it ships.
  • English and Spanish from day one.

App tour

Conversations

The inbox: each conversation shows the product the customer asked about, plus labels and manual assignment.

Products

The product catalog: each post’s price, which is what the bot sends in the DM.

Stats

Stats: comments, DMs sent, replies and the most asked‑about products.

Here’s what the app looks like, with sample data.

Running our own product keeps us focused on what comes after launch: updates, platforms that change their rules and data that needs looking after. Read the Axynology app story →

How we build a product

In stages, with something you can use at each one.

  1. Discovery.

Who will use it, what problem it solves and the least you need to validate it.

  2. Prototype.

Clickable screens to review the flow before writing code.

  3. Build in stages.

Short releases you can use and review, not one big launch in the dark.

  4. Launch and run.

We ship, measure and improve based on what your users actually do.

Commitments

Your data and your brand are yours.

  • Your data is yours. So are your content, your brand and your domain. If you ever leave, ask within 30 days for a copy of your content and data: we’ll send it and help you with your domain. The code and the platform are ours, licensed to you while your plan is active.

  • Confidentiality. If you’d like, we’ll sign an NDA before we start.

  • Comes with a user guide. Your team gets a guide to the admin panel, so day-to-day work is easy.

FAQ

What people ask us about apps.

Web app or mobile app?

Often a web app people install from the browser (PWA) is enough: it costs less and updates without going through the app stores. If you need phone features or a spot on the App Store and Google Play, we’ll work through it with you during the consultation. We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job.

What’s an MVP, and why start there?

It’s the smallest version that already solves the main problem. It lets you validate the idea with real users before investing in everything else.

Who owns what we build?

Your content, brand, domain and data are yours. The code, designs and platform belong to Axynology: you use them under a license, as a managed service, while your plan is active.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, if you’d like. We sign it before we get into the details of your project.

How long does an app take?

It depends on its scope. During the consultation we’ll give you a realistic timeline for your project, and the written proposal spells out what each stage covers.

Who maintains it afterward?

We do. Hosting, maintenance and support are defined in your proposal — every project is different. Your team gets a user guide for the admin panel.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope. That’s why we start with a free consultation and, when needed, a fixed-price discovery phase before we build. Getting a quote is free.

What’s the smallest version of your idea?

Tell us what you want to launch and who it’s for. We’ll help you decide what to build first.
