Does it need Meta’s approval?

Yes. For the bot to send automatic messages to anyone, Meta has to verify the business and approve the required permissions. We guide you through the process, but the timing and the final decision are up to Meta.

What kind of Instagram account do I need?

A professional (business) Instagram account. If yours is personal, you can switch it to professional in Instagram’s settings.

Which currency and language are prices shown in?

In the currency and format you choose: euros, dollars, your local currency or a custom format such as “reference price”. Messages are fully customisable for each business and can be in Spanish or English.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Conversations from customers who reply arrive in a shared inbox, and each person on your team logs in with their own user.

What about data and privacy?

It’s designed with privacy in mind: credentials are stored encrypted, we can host the data in the region you need (e.g., the EU), and we delete a person’s data when they ask us to. If your company needs a data processing agreement (DPA), get in touch. More details in our privacy policy (in Spanish).

How do I update my prices?

From your own panel: add products, change prices, and the bot uses the updated information. Keeping prices up to date is each business’s responsibility.

What if Instagram changes its rules?

We adapt the bot to changes as part of the service. Some features depend on Meta’s policies and approvals, which we don’t control, and we’ll let you know if anything changes.
